Today, Russian imperialism is undergoing a new phase of its transformation, moving from covert interference in the internal affairs sovereign states to open territorial expansion. Its primary task plans seize state Ukraine through military aggression, forced inoculation own model world order and return space single "Russian world". The former post-Soviet Baltic republics, Belarus, Moldova, Georgia are considered as next territories for integration into imperial Russia. And this war not only so much territories, but ideas, worldview that will dominate them. main features an ideology policy irrational desire expansion absolute security, unobsessed regime with “center-periphery” subordination relationship, patronage-client scheme, “privatization” functions by ruling elite, turning them source private profits. A distinctive feature it carries out expansion, above all ideological instilling picture on conquered peoples. has been formed over centuries based such mental traits as: superiority, dominance, psychological inclination towards permissiveness robbery, servile submission power various forms, abnormal patience, religious fanaticism more. These mentality became basis building system views, ideas Russians. (rashism) syncretism Nazism, Orthodoxy psychotraumatic nostalgia USSR, which turned identity.
